Why we use it
We use the information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, provide requested services and manually match bank transfers with records. Submitted information may be stored in Google Firebase / Firestore.
Access and retention
Authorized administrators can access enquiry and payment reports. We retain information for legitimate business, contractual and compliance needs, and review requests for correction or deletion where legally applicable.
Security and third parties
We use Firebase Authentication and database access controls. No internet system is risk-free. Firebase, hosting and any linked messaging providers may process information needed to deliver their services.
