Terms governing quotations, monthly plans and services.
1. Quotes and prices
Published rates are indicative starting prices. A proposal, invoice or written agreement sets the final scope, commercial terms, taxes and timelines. Extra services may require separate approval.
2. Monthly rental and subscriptions
Monthly rental is subject to minimum-term, access, renewal and cancellation conditions specified in the signed agreement. Setup, domain, hosting, third-party licences, AI usage and other variable costs may be extra.
3. Work and intellectual property
Source code ownership and licensing follow the written contract. Client business information and personal data should be handled as agreed, with appropriate export and retention terms.
4. Advance payments
Payments must reference an issued quotation or invoice. Bank transfers are verified manually against records. Uploading or submitting a UTR alone does not establish receipt or trigger automatic activation.
5. Security work
Security assessments and penetration tests require written authorization and a defined scope. No unauthorized testing is provided.
